Implied volatility in the options on Harvest Natural Resources (HNR) is up sharply after the company filed to delay its 10-K report. The stock is down $1.64 to $3.85, new 52-week lows, in very heavy trading of 7.3 million shares. Meanwhile, 3,800 calls and 2,300 puts traded on the stock.
