On Wednesday, OCC announced the election of three new Board of Directors with vast industry experience. This includes Felix B. Davidson, Raymond J. Di Sanza and Craig C. Messinger.?
Davidson is President, TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. and Managing Director of Operations where he oversees all clearing operation functions for TD Ameritrade including the company?s clearing broker dealer.
Di Sanza is Senior Vice President of Operational Services for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.; he leads the Custody & Asset Servicing group in Operational Services, which is responsible for the safe custody and servicing of client assets held by Charles Schwab for its clients.
Messinger is Executive Vice President and Head of Trading and Trading Risk at The Bank of New York Mellon. He oversees?trading and risk for foreign exchange, derivatives, fixed income and equities. Messinger also serves as a member of the Executive Committee for Global Markets and the Operating Committee of BNY Mellon.
