On Tuesday, the International Securities Exchange (ISE) announced its March average daily volume was 2.4 million contracts. This represents an 11.7% decline as compared to March?2012.?Total options volume for the month was 47.3 million contracts.
According to ISE’s press release, it was the second largest U.S. equity options exchange in March with its 17.5*% market share. *This?excludes dividend trades and in March, they comprised?4.7% of industry volume.
