In GM today, there is heavy action in January upside calls that appears to be opening. Traders have scooped the GM January 36 calls about 4500 times.

A flurry of over 1000 AXLL calls traded where paper was lifting the offer and in some cases paying through the offer.

The gauge touched the lowest level since the index was created in January 2012 on Nov. 18.
