Recognizing that a focus solely on prevention is short-sighted, our three expert panels?including speakers from Sapient Global Markets, Protiviti, BMO, CNA Insurance, PwC, the FBI, Winston & Strawn, the FTC, Ropes & Gray, and Fleishman Hillard?will instead guide us through the three phases of breach response (Discovery, Disclosure, and Resilience).
